Our Team

Janell is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Minnesota and is Master Certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy. She has over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, including inpatient psychiatric care, outpatient care, and home-based therapy. This includes working with depression, anxiety, chronic pain and medical conditions, life transitions, and trauma and abuse. Janell provides individual therapy for adults and adolescents, ages 16 and older.

She has a special interest in helping adults heal from childhood and other trauma using Accelerated Resolution Therapy, an evidenced-based eye-movement therapy; she enjoys incorporating mindfulness, meditation, and yoga into therapy sessions.
