Scheduling an appointment is easy.  Patients may simply click here to log on to my secure patient portal which will give you real-time access to my daily schedule.  If you prefer, you may call and leave a message and I'll return your call quickly. 

Want to discuss a non-emergency health issue, but can't make it into the clinic?  If you are an established patient, try an online visit.  E-visits are perfect for blood pressure follow-ups, upper respiratory infections, urinary tract infections and the like.  Through my secure portal, you will be able to communicate with me by secure e-mail.  If I'm in the office I'll get back to you within a few hours.  If the office is closed allow 24 hours for a response.  Some insurances cover an online visit, others do not.  The charge per e-visit is $50

Like the idea of an online visit, but hate the thought of negotiating a portal?  Established patients may schedule a phone consultation.  Insurance does not cover phone consultations, so payment is due at time of service.  My rate is $50 for up to a 10 minute consult. Longer consultations likely require an office visit.
