I am a solo family physician operating a comprehensive Family Medicine clinic in Cold Spring, MN.

7am-5pm M,T,Th,F

Every other Tuesday I open at 11am

7am-Noon Wednesday

One Saturday morning per month

Of course, I am accessible via telephone 24/7 and via email and e-visits for less urgent matters.

Although the second wave of novel (H1N1) influenza has passed, a third wave is possible and the seasonal influenza has yet to hit with much frequency.  A temperature of greater than 100 degrees F, with a cough or sore throat is suggestive of influenza. Avoiding close contact with sick persons and regular hand washing are the best ways to avoid getting sick.  The Minnesota Health Department has excellent up-to-date information regarding seasonal and novel (H1N1) influenza.
